Review Our Consent Form Before Your Visit.
COVID-19 has greatly impacted our community and changed the way dental care is provided. To protect the safety of our staff and patients, all patients are required to submit a COVID-19 consent form THE DAY OF their appointment or before coming to their next appointment.
In addition to following sterilization and cross-contamination protocols put forth by the Alberta Dental Association and College, both of our offices are also taking several precautionary measures to safely continue providing quality dental care while continuing to flatten the COVID-19 curve. When visiting our offices, we ask that you respectfully adhere to social distancing guidelines and our COVID-19 policies.
